Both. We design custom plans from scratch around your land and lifestyle, and we also build from architect-drawn plans you already have. Either way, the home is built to your spec.
Most Skyline builds run 9 to 14 months from groundbreaking to final walkthrough. Design and permitting before that typically adds another 2 to 4 months. We give you a real timeline up front and update it weekly.
Yes. We know the lots, neighborhoods, and developments across our three service areas. If you haven't bought yet, we'll walk options with you before you commit.
